I have purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier from Vijay sales on **-**-**** worth rs ***** since I have purchased it is giving me lots to problem regarding it's service when I call Vijay sales and launch a complaint regarding it's service they tell me we solve your problem in ** hours but they took long time now I launched a complaint on ** may **** with complaint number ******-****** after that many reminder complaint but they have not solve my problem yet I have complaint regarding this in national consumer forum with complaint number ******* but still Vijay sales has not solve my problem they have totally harresd me mentally and physically hence I request you to please help me in this case.
