Flipkart.com - Defective Package was delivered

i have bought a laptop "lenovo core i* *th gen - (* gb/* tb hdd/windows **
home/* gb graphics) *** notebook" on june **, **** from flipkart.
order id - od******************
when i received and opened it, i found that it has a glitch (white line) on its screen. so i wanted to get it replaced. then i called the flipkart customer care number and they suggested me as they don't have another laptop in stock you could go to the service center and get that damaged screen fixed because it was in the warranty. then i went to the lenovo service center to get the damaged screen replaced. the lenovo service center person took the laptop and tried to see what's the problem then he open it and to check the screen internally and tried to confirm the bar code of the laptop screen with their other team, then he found out that screen wasn't a lenovo product so he can't get it replaced for me. so asked me to contact the filpkart person for the same.
then i contacted flipkart on same day and tried to raise a request for refund of the laptop. since last week i am calling every day and spending a lot of time to make filpkart customer care consultant to understand situation then they raise it and cancel it for some reason. the cancellation of the refund is not done by me. i am very much frustrated from the kind of pathetic customer service. since *th august i am calling every day to flipkart and explaining the i need a refund because of damaged screen and the customer executive raise a refund request and till evening it get cancelled. this is a high level mental harassment and wastage of my valuable time. its been two month now.
i want them to pay penalty along with the refund as soon as possible. please help me out.
