- Defective mobile delivered Closed
My uncle bought Redmi Note * Pro (Black, **GB) via Flipkart on **/**/**** for me. But unfortunately on **/**/**** phone stopped working and depicting black screen. To resolve that issue we went to nearest Mi Customer Care Center and they told us some total liquid damage as well as mentioned that phone is out of warranty which was undigested and shocking to us. I can say this with hundred per cent surety that my phone had not been in such circumstances to be damaged by some liquid as I have used almost all precautions while using my phone. After a rough argue I went to different Mi centre and there they just said my phone is out of Warranty as you can see, I'm attaching all slips below.
Thus now I have been exhausted going here to there and wasting my money to Mi Customer care centres with zero results. Therefore please let me know about the actual warranty of my phone and what does that term total liquid damage mean and how can I repair my phone which is under warranty surely? Please write me back ASAP with a certain and reasonable solution because otherwise, I have to knock the door of consumer court regarding this issue. It's not a threat but the last option which you have left for me.
