Bought a * door Whirlpool refrigerator online via Amazon.
The freezer section is cooling fine. The refrigerator section is not cooling. The temperature in the refrigerator section is ** degree Celsius.
The Whirlpool customer service technician came to check.
On the first visit he changed the fridge inclination and said that this will solve the issue. The issue did not resolve.
On the second visit he could not figure out what is causing the problem. He measured the temperature which came out to be ** degree.
He then started claiming that this is acceptable temperature. He asked me to check online and I showed him * to * is the expected temperature as per Whirlpool site. They said they will forward the complain to Whirlpool head office.
I have been following up with the customer helpline but they have refused to acknowledge the issue. They reply that there is no issue with the fridge.
