- Defective Chimney Provided And No Servicing Provided By the Company Closed

I had purchased a KAFF LYRA DHC **, ** cm Auto Clean Cooker Hood Chimney from KAFF company on **/**/****. The installation of the device was done on **/**/****. But within a month the Cooker Hood malfunctioned and could not be used. The service technician cited a loose connection and did a temporary fix which resulted in the same problem occurring within * days. It has now been OVER ** DAYS and despite our repeated complaints to Customer Service (Executive Name :Perwaiz Akhtar (Jinat) they have not made any attempt to resolve the issue or replace the Chimney Hood. The previous technician Shah Rukh Khan apparently was an incompetent moron who didn't know what he was doing. I demand that the Company immediately take steps to resolve the issue or I will sue them.
