I have purchased kaff *burner gas stove on *St sep./****.. the product s nob was so rude from first day after **days the product showing mistakes in all nob .n a nob broken causes of its hardness ..I complaint customer care *rd oct .they promised me to solve my problem in ** hours but can't till .please help me
