I am Vijaya. I bought a car of Kis Sonet HTX AE in Jan,**** from Lakshmi Kia Motors, Visakhapatnam. I have got a duplicate car with multiple manufacturing defects. How many times I tried to complain to the company, They are simply relaying and not doing proper justice and they simply compromise. Defects in car


*. I have attached a video with this mail, Where the actual defect of the vehicle is visible clearly. Now i have a doubt that till now the muralinagar service people had hidden the complaint from the starting of **** March onwards. The car is completely defective with lot of issues and it also have lot of dents and and complete body is a defective with all managed dents and covering, Even the body is starting rusted from few months of delivery.


*. Suspension defects and which creates lot of discomforts to all passengers in the car with heavy body pains Rear Shock absorbers failure with in few months of the car and also other shock absorbers are very defective and creates lot of problems

*. Continuous sounds from all doors, The Service center had tried to reduce the noise, But till there were a lot of sounds coming from car

*. Sudden AC failure and also heavy gas leakage with in one year of car purchase

*. Break failures and because of this it created lot of problems to other vehicles and i was affected multiple times with the sudden break failures

*. The body gots rust within a few months of delivery. Defective body and spares lot of heavy noise and also very discomfort, we feel like we are travelling in a lorry or truck

*. Other Sonets cars doesn't get engine sound in the cabin, But this car gets continuous engine sound and heavy AC noise in the cabin

*. The tires got hardened within * months of the car purchase.

*. Lots of other issues are there, we have doubts that this car is a completely defective car as we have faced multiple complaints within one year. We have ordered a Sonet HTX diesel manual version, But the company gave us this defective car in the name of a special edition. The sales agent Mr. Shanmuk had collected extra money from us and had delivered this defective car. That sales agent Mr. Shanmuk had left the company within a few months. How many times have I tried to complain, the company is not responding in a correct way. they are saying that they are not responsible for the agent who left the company and also they are not bothering about our issues. Please take action on the company and kindly give proper justice to me sir. The sales manager and other management from the company had responded in a very odd way.

**. I raised a lot of issues to the kia care mails, even though no proper response was not given by the kia cae team.

Based on these factors I am going to file a case in consumer forum and also all legal cells about the defective car that was delivered to me
