I purchased ac on ** Apr ** and from next day I observed water leakage. I reported this to call centre * times. The technician came * times and the problem still persists. Finally, a technician from voltas said it is a manufacturing defect and indoor will be replaced asap. I called up Vizag head as well as Andhra head. They are telling me today and ** days passed. I'm fed up with their answers and want to claim for mental disturbance and defective ac.
