Voltas Inverter AC - Product not working and not giving cooling.

It has been troubling me a lot since the starting of the month February and continously it is still the same situation, the Ac is not working and it is not giving cooling properly, very very less cooling and the compressor is effected and it is weak now. As the outdoor place was wrong fitted and: The place of the outdoor was wrong fitted and bcwz of that it was not getting the space to remove warm heating
Only very less space to remove warm heating, bcwz of that compressor has been trip and was effected. Earlier the outdoor was here, from * sides completely packed only * side half opened. Now the situation is worse not giving cooling and it is in *st year warranty period, only * months ago bought, but in this * months many times I have complained about this and without responding the complaint is taken easily by service center, they have troubled me a lot I cannot explain to you how badly they have troubled me, I have paid them full cash and I have earned the money by hard work and they are wasting my time and money on this and without responding to the complaints disturbing me a lot, simply telling lies, to hide there faults. Please kindly help me and I request you to please refund the amount from the company.
