I recieved defected watch from jabong, i requested for warranty claim and when i got my watch back after servicing, it hardly worked for * months and stopped working.
I am calling jabong since **th june and no action has been taken regarding my watch. Everytime they say we have escalated your issue to higher authorities and they will call you,but no action is taken. I have never seen any organisation worse than jabong. Stop selling products if you cannot provide support to customers. Even a roadside seller would have guaranteed * months working of watch but your watch hardly functioned for * months
Take responsibilities for your mistakes sick people.
