Mercedes Benz India - Defaulter employee

I am writing this against Mr Prabhash Kumar Singh who is involved in legal case where he is trying to demean a gazetted Indian Army Officer. He has written a complaint in the women commission and was baseless which was turned down. I urge you such employees should jot represent such a esteemed company and appropriate action taken against him. He should not represent India in international forums and atleast not be send out to represent your company. His malefic intent can destroy your company reputation. If he can do this to an Indian Army officer he can do it to anyone. He. Definitely isn't Patriotic and should not represent India. Please take appropriate action. Failure to do so will invite legal action against your employee.
