Vision 11 - Declaration of fixing match results

I have played cricket fantasy in vision ** the have game name was ganga t** cricket up and i have joined contests worth ***** rupees at the end of the match fixture this game and total ganga t** matches are declared as fixed matches so other fantasy apps have cancelled the contests and refunded the amount but vision ** app didn't give the refund and declared the results sendy while i call l contact then in customer care they are saying that the match has been declared with correct results only and they didn't refund my amount.
