Vision 11 - Won all contests on vision 11 but it shows won 10 out of all

In the match of ENG vs NZ, I won ** contests but app shows me that you won ** contests. And when I try to reach them they couldn't pick call and doesn't respond to my mail. I have all the relevant evidence.
