I ordered a wardrobe from https://Deckup.in (searched from google) and made a payment of Rs **** through googlepay upi. Payment made to Deckup India q********@ybl. UPI transaction ID: ************ and Googlepay transaction ID: CICAgKC*jrf*Zw. I contacted to their WhatsApp number provided in their site-********** before ordering. Now their number is not reachable. Also, I am not able to login to their site with the same credentials. New credentials is working fine. I made a quick research and found that they have been changing number and website address (previously https://www.deckup.store/) to lure several customers since December, ****. Can someone please look into this matter seriously and take action urgently? Please help me to get refund.
