Deckup India https deckup in - Order cancelled for tables amount never received as a refund

I placed an order for a deckup table via their website deckup.in. However, when i reached out to them to check the status of the furniture the person said it will be delivered soon as it is being shipped. When after two days, i did not get any notification, I was informed that it will take ** more days. I asked to cancel the order since the same product was available at a lower price due to the sale. I also got a cancellation confirmation on the email. When I placed the second order, i was informed why did you place order now we cannot do anything and will cancel. When I asked Why you need to cancel when I already made payment through your website as per information received. The person mentioned that you will get refund in *-* days.

*st cancellation was done on **th September **** and *nd cancellation was done on *rd October ****, I have also received the cancellation confirmation email which mentions the refund will br credited on *-* days. However, till date (ie**th October ****), I have not received a single amount refund. When i try to contact them now, they donot respond on whatsapp. There is no other number for a call or email. Also, when I checked on their website, the nearest warehouse location was showing as ** kms away from Ahmedabad. However, no such location exists, so the address is also incorrect. This is the biggest fraud I have ever experienced. Kindly assist how I can take the legal course of action.
