Punjab National Bank - Debit card from bank misplaced

I have applied for a new Visa Debit card from pnb branch delhi road , saharanpur but it has been delivered somewhere in rudarpur . And i have asked bank to see in this matter and get my card back , then they say it has been misplaced , we cant do anything.
