When I was withdrawing money from the atm of hdfc bank in cheroor,thrissur,current was lost and and the ATM gone off.when the current came ,it didn't return neither cash nor card.when I contacted the customer care no one answered,so I went to near hdfc branch and complained to them.they told me to collect the card from their main branch in town the next day with Id proof.For getting money back I had to register a complaint in my bank and it will return in * working days.it was for paying my fees and because of this I couldn't pay it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
