My father visited sbi bank branch to do a FD but their agent mr Roushan forcefully and deceively done sbi life smart wealth builder policy in the name of my father who is no more now.policy was of ****** insured.we paid all premium on time also submitted all docs to the sbi life office hazaribag on dt **th may ****.on dt **st Aug ** they credited only *lakh in my mom account who is the nominee and sent us intimation that on health ground you claim is rejected.kindly help us.
