Sbi Life Insurance Company Ltd - Non Payment of Surrender amount by SBI Life

I have surrendered my Insurance policy on * Jan **** , SBIL When i approached them for earlier settlement explaining my difficulty in paying my daughters school fees refused my request stating the reason of Lock in period, The Lock in period Expired on **th December , on **& **th I approached customer care to find out all in orders they said that the policy can me surrendered only after **th of December, Where as the policy Agreement surrender clause clearly states that the surrender can be done at any point of time after one year and the payment will be made on the *st working day of Lock in period expiry date , Explaining the oncoming festival and requirement for money have written a clear mail to the concerned department & Also spoke to customer service Team So many Times No Use and No Developments, I have to borrow money and all my festival commitments are failed and have to go through severe mental agony. As per agreement surrender clause the money has to be refunded on ** th December Till now no response an email received stating my concern will be addressed within ** days, I cannot spare such negligence attitude such a professional company . Need Justice with Compensation along with my surrender amount Immediately.
