Revolt 400 - Dealer is not responding properly

I purchased a bike nearly * months ago and my bike got rusted totally.Every iron part goted rust,All internal and external parts got rusted.I have visited showroom regarding this issue * times but no one is responding.The bike battery cable also got rusted and bike had many internal faults.The bike first used a seat with some waste foam which causing lot of stress and pain to the rider.Now they had modified seat with some other foam they are now rejecting to change seat of my bike with new model seat.
