Revolt 400 - Service centre claiming i have different key of bike

I have immobilizer issue in my bike, when I contacted Service centre at ghaziabad they told me to wait *-* days, after * mother they told me to check part availability at kanti nagar delhi Service centre. Partner was available their so I went for inspection, the person over their told me one of two keys of bike is not bike's key. And warranty can't be claimed I was shocked as both key were working at the start and one of the key he told is not bike's stopped working after * month of usage. So I asked him how it is possible. He simply said, key is different I can give warranty claim and asked for money for immobilizer change.
