- Deactivated my sim service without any intimation notice Open
My name is Ajay Kumar. I am a longtime customer of Vodafone since ****. I am writing in regards to the reactivation of my Vodafone number is ********** and my SIM card number *******************
The reactivation of this number is of utmost importance to me because it is connected to Voter Card and all the other Government IDs. I have tried to reactivate this number several times but unable to do so. I have been using it from **** to **** for official work and connected to my Government IDs. My Voter ID is XCN*******.
When I was in Bengaluru, I was advised to convert the sim from prepaid to postpaid from Delhi only. I was told that since this number was purchased in Delhi, it will be activated only in Delhi. I have tried to contact your team in Delhi but received no response. Now when I came to Delhi and asked to activate this sim, they are refusing to activate it. I also talked to your Durga Puri store manager Mr. Ashish Joy & Mr. Akash Kumar, but he is unable to activate this sim. I have all the supporting documents connected to the number with the sim card.
I request you to please reactivate my connection so that I can access my Government IDs and official work
