Vinodh Nair filed complaint against Tata Motors Altroz DCA on Jul 21, 2022
I have purchased the new DCA XT version of Altroz on July *th, ****. After driving a mere **km, it stopped on the road with a DCT Fault error on **th day of delivery. This error says, there is critical issues in the transmission system. I called the RSA, and they towed away the car for service. ** hours now, and I have not heard anything back on what the complaint is. There is no gurantee that this issue wont happen again. I am looking for a replacement of the car as I think Tata has not fully tested their DCT technology before trying out in Altroz.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
