Compaints regarding my vehicle service. Model Altroz XZ, Vehicle Number KL **R **** My vehicle had the issue after the *rd service from NCS KAYAMKULAM that in the first gear vehicle engine will turn off with huge vibration. I have told the issue two times to the showroom. But they checked it out and told there is no problem. But on **.**.****,I had given the vehicle to NCS KAYAMKULAM, they noticed some issues and told need vehicle for two days and they have not solved this issue till now. Between this, they told changed the engine of the car, then also not solved the problem.After that they changed wiring box also. They are telling excuses. Till now not resolved our issue,** days. We need the solution not the excuses .Kindly follow up our issue and resolve this as early as possible. Or replace our vehicle with new one.
