i want to complaint against realme service centre camac street kolkata. My realme phone screen was broken and I went service centre for repair. They dont told me that I will lose my data in phone and I gave them my phone. They repair my phone and billed total amount *k but now they told me that I lost my all data of my phone. those were my private and business data what was most important for me . I told them please recover my data I will pay you total billed amount but they refused me. I left my phone in service centre and I told them to if they dont recover my data then discount in my billed because it was not my fault. What should i do now.
