I have placed the order on **th Dec **** for HP Smart Tank *** Wireless printer on VLE Bazzar website, the said company committed to deliver this between **th Dec **** to ** Dec ****, I have made the payment through credit card. But once order taken no response from them, I tried contacting them several times by calling their call center numbers, raising ticket on web site but no response, finally they shipped the product on **st Dec **** which I received on *rd Jan ****, but when I opened the product, I found the product is damaged and it’s not new, Its refurbished only. I called to customer care and ask for the refund as its already delayed by ** days, then they asked me to place the return request on website only. I have placed the product return request by *th Jan ****, but till the time no response from VLE bazaar team to pick up the damaged and refurbished product and refund me my whole amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
