I bought the phone on **th March **** from Cell Planet, Sector **, Gurgaon. I was given a phone that was already damaged with moisture. As I reached home and switched on the phone the screen started flickering and the phone was not functioning.
I complain to Samsung Service Center but they denied by saying that it's not their fault. They did not even allow me to claim the warranty and also denied to accept the defect in the product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
