My phone is one of the latest models of Samsung A** which has a **** mah battery and its battery is working in the form that *% battery is lasting only for only * mins and when I give my handset to service centre they formatted my phone and said that handset is not having any problem. After that one of the worker sit with me and we both observed the handset and in the observation, we saw that in ** mins my handset was losing * to *% of battery then also he said that I will talk to my engineer and tell u. I am not getting a satisfactory result.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
