- Damaged product delivered and flipkart is not refunding Closed

I was delivered a damaged Bajaj ** litre Majesty ****T OTG on *th september **** from flipkart. And found out the heating rods are not working in dual mode. The heating rods are only turning red when it is set to *** degree celsius. After raising complaint to flipkart they sent a technician to check and he is saying he will repair it or told us to talk to flipkart for refund. But sadly flipkart is rejecting the return again and again and saying they will send a technician to check one more time. I have talked with customer care thousand time mentioning that the technician had already visited us and we can’t allow any person to our home during covid time, but flipkart is repeating same lines again and again. Never faced such a bad experience in my life.
