We hired a zoom car from Chennai to Pondicherry. The car we got was in a pathetic condition. Despite complaints, the company didn't change the car. Things became so risky when one of the front tyres bursted in the middle of highway. We have been stuck since an hour and the call centre agents told us to find a mechanic nearby. This is a safety issue. The company is playing with the lives of citizens.
