Daikin Airconditioning India Private Limited - Damaged air conditioner

This is in GURGAON ,HARYANA
I had issue with some ac's ,so i filed a complaint on ** may for them ,then the engineer told me he will only check one ac and I have to write multiple complaints for each ac which I did ,then I got the visit from the engineer and he checked the ac and told the ac has a faulty PCB then handed me a slip for the same and told replacement will be done in *-* days. Now it's ** June I have no response from the engineer and the service dealer mentioned on the slip and then I called the service center again and found out that they have marked my complaint as resolved without even solving the issue .the SERVICE DEALER was SHEETLA AIRCON -MOB NO **********, then again after waiting for a month I filed a complaint on ** June and got a engineer visit with same issue ,I filed for * ac and the engineer told me he will only check * ac and I have to write separate complaint for each ac ,then he checked the ac gave me a replacement slip for the faulty PCB part ,then the next day on ** June the service provider(SAINI AIR COOL -**********) calls me and tells me that I have to file the complaint again as they do no provide parts replacement having given me a replacement slip just the before
It's been * month of extreme torture with the Daikin ac customer service and am regretting the decision to buy the ac from Daikin.its been the whole summer without any help from Daikin and it's in warranty when it goes out of warranty i don't know what will happen then,I need a solution as they are not even in use and no response from Daikin for over a month
