Daikin AC used to be my *st choice but now I am not satisfied with the product quality.
The outdoor unit has been placed inside my flat with no direct exposure to sun light and the AC is not cooling during day time. At night it is working fine. Service engineer quoted it as manufacturing defect and the same problem is occurring with maximum units of same model.
Now he has suggested to replace the PCB. Can you please let me know the life of a PCB installed in your product? Seems now you are offering a warranty of * yrs on the same.
Having no option than to replace the same problem persist after replacing. Now they have added Thermistor, Indore PCB and many estimates around **k. This in for a * yrs old product.
A total wipe out Daikin AC
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
