I bought Samsung *** L Frost Free Double Door * Star (****) Convertible Refrigerator from flipkart on dated **/**/****. Which was received on **th June and for installation samsang technician was came on **th june on that day we knew that product was already damage which was opened by samsang technician so he generated one report for damage and replacement of the same. Which was submitted to flipkart by email but return request was rejected by flipkart team. Again we had applied for return and replacement and again samsang technician was came and generated report for damage and replacement but this was also rejected by flipkart team. The same procedure is going on since last ** days.
Kindly help us to replace the damage refrigerator as **,*** Rs is not a not small amount for middle class family and we will never accept the damage product after paying this much money. I have attaching here photos of gamage product, SS of flipkart rejection request as well as samsang technician report.
