Flipkart Internet Private Limited - Damage Bed

Hi,
I ordered a Bed Nilkamal Mozard walnut king size bed on **th jan **** with .

I made the payment via Zest money EMI and Delivery date was of **th Feb. recvd delivery on **th and Installation was Expected on **th. When Installation agent check product he saw Incorrect bed with Half accesories were shipped to me hence we ordered a replacement.
Recvd replacement on **th feb ie *month from
Date of initial order. On*st again Installation agent found one of Panel damage. And now m Stuck no where. Been pying Emi past *months and still This Delivery and return scene going on. I have called flipkart support many times but agents put call on hold for good **mins and never turn up.
I have escalated this issue to Consumer court wide application id A***********.
I just seek when i cooperated *month with seller sending wrong item, why cant seller send just replacement board and get my bed assembled. Closing Loan account when recv refund and Re opening new loan account for ordering new bed Efects CIBIL Badly and its a hustel
To get refund of Paid EMIS.
so, This matter is approved with Consumer court hence request flipkart to take immidiate action and get that panel replaced by Seller and assmble the bed.
I dont need refund since i cant wait or Bear the hustle due to the mess this loan account is going to create.
