Skyking Courier Service - damage artical recived

I'm writing this message to show how my order of worth of **,*** rs has been recieved. The delivery boy came to me in Delhi and told me that both the vases will be delivered in proper condition even after us being hesitant he reassured that he has been doing this business for the last **yrs and it'll be delivered to us ,we paid the full amount on the same day they asked us to without any delay but then when our parcel was delivered in Chennai they refused to deliver to our address and even before delivery that caused several nuisance so we had to drive on our own for *hrs to collect it from the courier office and now on opening the entire product is damaged and mind you they are both very expensive.i'll post the pictures and videos as evidence of how we've recieved.i need a response to this ASAP.
