I bought Inalsa robot inox **** hand blender from Amazon on **.**.**** having * yr warranty. Company instruction manual clearly stated that it will make chutney but it is not making chutney so false documentation from the company and cheating the customers. Moreover, the push button of the hand blender is also not working. While I complained to customer care, the company executive came to my house and told me that it will not make chutney. While I showed him the instruction manual, he was answerless. He connected me with his senior Mr Sanjeev who was a very rude person but he has also no answer. Then he picked the blender without giving me any pickup slip and told me that they will send this to the company. While I demanded the pickup slip he said that in ** yrs nobody demanded the pickup slip. I astonished that how this company is running. This is totally a cheater company. After this, I have written so many emails to the company but so far I have got no reply from the company. Moreover, my blender also not received to me.
