Inalsa - Faulty product not replaced after 10 days

Mental harrasment done by Inalsa, after keeping my faulty product for ** days they says it will still take *-* more days after calling me to service centre.
They should intimate me via phone so what was the need to call me to service centre and says come after * days.
My location is Kanpur and my electric kettle was not working after * months of purchasing.
