AFTER TAKING ALL THE SETTLEMENT MONEY, THEY DID NOT CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. THEY ARE MENTALLY HARASSING ME AND TRAYING TO LOOT MY MONEY.

I, Suman Kumar Jha, was using SBI Credit Card Account# ****************. Actually I was using An ADON CREDIT CARD. The Primary Credit was in the Name of Sujeet Kumar Jha, My Younger Brother.
Sbi Personnel told my younger brother SUJEET KUMAR JHA to take Sbi Credit Card. He is working in the multinational company as an Engineer. He refused to accept this. Then that Personnel told me to do this. I refused by saying that I am a self employed person. And I will not fulfil the eligibility criteria of your CREDIT CARD. Then he told me that sir, there is no issue. A Primary Credit Card will be issued in the Name Sujeet Kumar Jha and on behalf of that Credit Card, An Adon Card will be issued to you. In this way they forcefully put this card in my Pocket.
As we all know that due to COVID-**, we all had to face difficulties specially on economic front. I found many irregularities in this card. They began to put heavy penalties in the name late fine, over due charge etc. I was not in the position to pay such bills. Finally, I told him to close this Card. I was not in the position to handle this.
At the end, we and his staff ALOK SINGH (**********) settled the issue. They told me to pay
Rs. **,***.** /- (Sixty-Three Thousand Five Hundred) in * installments easily. All this was done on Verbal Agreement. Later, he sent me a settlement letter which is attached in this Complain. All the Five instalments according to the settlement letter have been already paid. But due to COVID-** issue, Very Few Money of the Instalment was paid a little late. All these things was happening on COVID-** *nd wave tenure.
They cancelled the agreement after taken Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand and Seven Hundred only). Now they are raising the issue that Rs. ****/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) was paid a little late that’s why we are cancelling the agreement.
Sir, if you will watch the agreement letter and payment slip carefully, not a single instalment has been paid on exact date. Actually they had not alerted me at the time of agreement for such things. One more thing I want to put in your notice that they have paid * instalments (****/-x*) Rs. *,***/- (Rupees Three Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Eight only) to third Party, A CPP Credit Card Insurance Company, without taking me in the notice and I have to pay that bill. So, Rs. *,***/- of mine is already due on him.
His Telecallers are continuously making nonsense calls. They are vexing Sujeet, my your Younger brother. They are trying to create difficulties for his job. I am feeling very uneasy to use My Mobile No. **********. I am forced to use another Mob. No. **********. Since then, they are vexing me continuously.
Some Injustice they made to me are :
*. They paid to Third Party (CPP) from this Card without my permission. And I had to pay that bill.
*. They increased the Interest rate in Lock Down Period while they should decrease because Everybody was in trouble. They were seeking opportunity to make money.
*. A large amount from my monthly payment had been cut for long period. No body was there to tell me where the money was going.
*. After lockdown they sent me a huge amount bill as minimum due. That was wrong. Customer was not printing the Cash in house. Inspite of that, I obeyed them and paid Rs. *****/-. But only Rs. *****/- came in my card. Rest money was cut in the name of interest.
I had to take Rs. *,**,***/- (Rupees One Lac and Fifty Thousand only) debt on interest for paying his Bills and Settlement Amount. I want to put in your notice that this Credit had the maxium limit of *,**,***/- (Rupees One Lac and Twenty Thousand Only). I am still paying a huge amount every month as an interest for that loan. I preferred to pay their Settlement Amount First.
Sir, I am in your feet. Please save me from these people. Please make justice to me. Please do something so that they do close this credit account.
