I was false charged membership fees for the credit card that i was been forced to apply. On the pretext of non membership fees, i has told to apply for Regalia first credit card. I was assured by my personal banker that i will not be levied membership fees. But now i have been charged the same. Its been * months i have been chasing HDFC bank for a justification, but there is no proper response. Complete case of cheating customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
