My indusind credit card was blocked without prior information to me, i was embarrassed in shopping mall, the bank cannot give satisfied reply to my queries, they said card blocked due to internal policy, now they are send me bills however card is blocked , i tried to connect to customer care, however after pressing the dedicated key in IVR my call is not getting transferred to actual department . Month on Month they are charging me interest . I have no clue what to do? plz help.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
