- Cred app do wrong payment of my credit card bill Open
Here i do my credit card payment of **** at the date of **/**/**** from cred app.when i got the statement of my credit card i got the late payment fee *** + GST *** + LAST payment **** then i mailed to my Bank. Bank take time and says the payment gone in wrong credit card then i contact in cred app they says payment gone in same credit card give details and then i mail my axis bank account but they says same then after i do ** mails to axis bank and ** mail to cred app with all proof then after the cred app says i do wrong bill payment but i do my same card payment because here is no option to fill detail when you enter first time detail then after they take auto fill and i paid * transaction from cred app bill payment to my credit card the *th Last payment they show its wrong i don't whys the issue i am facing still today they don't ans me properly in all mails they says we try to contact but i dont get any call from there side.
