Amala filed complaint against Cred App on Dec 3, 2022
I have paid my credit card bill for HDFC credit card on CRED app on **th November ****. at the time of payment its getting success, but Cred app informed me the payment was failed due to technical issue after ** hr., I raised a ticket, they are saying that amount was already refunded but I shared my bank statement as I didn't any refund amount. And I didn't get proper response from them regarding refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
