I have paid my CC bill for ICICI through CRED on a monthly basis. This month also similarly I paid the amount through CRED as my due date falls on *th Feb.

Initially the debit processed for ***** and payment didn't go through at all. However after sometime, I tried paying again, this time it was going through but went on a pending state.

On the same day i did * more transaction of *k and that passed without any issues.

I have been trying to reach CRED but they don't even bother to respond for any queries and all they have is an automated Chatbot to respond.

Today falling as *th Feb, CRED now points that the CC payment failed and will take * days to refund. I'm not marked as defaulter in ICICI and they have started charging daily interest of *k for no mistake of mine.

Please help out in getting this sorted for me.
