My package from Bangalore to Kolkata was given to another courier service on **th July by the name of MS Packers and Movers who in turn handed over my consignment to Gatikwe courier with a delay of * days. Post that gatikwe assured delivery by **th August on call and as per tracking on their website. Till now my consignment (which includes all my documents + clothes + other personal items + *-W) has not been delivered and the Team has no update for the same. They are not giving any concrete reply and have stopped answering calls. Please help!
