Gatikwe - Damages and delay in consignment

I booked my Royal Enfield (value *.**Lakh) via gatikwe gurgaon on *aug****.
They charged me ****INR for courier and *** extra for packing.

First of all

*. The bike dispatched after * days of booking means on ** aug ****
*. No one gives concern person number about why it got delayed and my bike security got impacted in pandemic.
*. No one responds to any email and twitter with proper information.

*. TODAY I FOUND BIG SCRATCH AND TORN PAINT NEAR MUDGAURD, It was not there previously.

If they charge for packing thn this how they send the consignment with broken and missing things??

I have been calling them from * aug and following up on emails from the same time no one has reached out to me with resolution.

They don't share THE ETA AND THE ESCALATION MATRIX.
