I have ordered a bag (*******-*******-*******)delivery date on **/*. Yesterday (**/*) got a message at *.**pm that the product will each by today/early. Waited till * pm and contact Myntra customer care, they provided courier person contact details,he was saying the parcel had reached warehouse at *.**pm and he can't deliver today since it is raining.Yesterday⁰ n Chennai hardly ** mints rained..I told him I got a msg at *pm and asked him why r u telling lies, for which he used very bad language and he informed me u won't get the parcel. I just hang up the call and made an online police complaint and updated the same to Myntra. TILL NOW the product not been delivered and no updates from the team.
