I am the receiver of the courier. My courier delivery did not deliver on time. I tried to contact from * Apr **** to DTDC courier support team via email same as telephonic regarding my courier but not received any response from DTDC courier support. I also sent an email regarding this to the support team. DTDC courier case no. is ********, Courier tracking no. Z********. Every time when I contact the team always they give the same reply that the courier reach out at your home but your door was closed. Please do the needful.
