I had ordered a fridge (**,***/-). It was supposed to be delivered on **th of May, ****. But, I got the call today i.e. *th of May, ****, stating that the courier is on the way to destination place. Later, he didn't call me once also and directly cancelled the order without notifying me. When I got notification from amazon that the order has been cancelled, i immediately called back to that delivery boy. His behaviour was too rude and was not ready to accept his mistake. The product was not of less price, but its too costly. and for such a product without prior notifications or calls how can you try to deliver it to our place without calling us? I want you to take extreme action towards this delivery boy especially. I can provide the call history of did he called or not and were there msg notifications or not.
