My story here is just a glimpse of what happened to me when BSNL employee verbally abused (Mr Kamlesh Singh, Mr krishnandan). When Bsnl employee harassed me (Mr Kamlesh Singh, Mr krishnandan).
I applied for BSNL Broadband Connection on **th of March. From that day onward, I am being harassed by BSNL employees continuously.
On **nd March ****, I made a call to Kamlesh Singh (employee of BSNL) to get my connection. During the conversation, he said he won't do anything and said I must talk to Krishanadan (linemen) and gave me his number. when I called krishnandan, he said he won't do it because govt doesn't give him money to go to the customer's house and set up broadband. And at last, he said I will have to come to pick him up, and this went for * more days. Every day, I used to go his location and pick him but every time he said he has some work and he would go different places without any reason. During those six days, I roamed with that man like a dog behind and at end of the day he refused to get cable and to come to my home to set up connection.
During those six days, I even visited katras exchange to meet Kamlesh Singh (BSNL employee) to solve the issue but instead of helping me out, without any reason he used to scold me, threaten me for visiting katras exchange. He did not give me my receipt of application and devices.
Somehow I managed to call temporary SDO. And SDO, at last, told them to setup up my connection and help me to get my receipt of connection and devices.
But the story doesn't end here. They cut my connection on *th of April. When I asked them the reason they said its because road construction their cable is dismantled. From somewhere I got the news around **th of April that BSNL fibre cable got fixed, again I called them to ask what the why my internet connection is not working, they said: "Port number jal gya, thik hone me Kuch din lag jayega". But still, they didn't fix it. I tried to reach Kamlesh Singh through phone call but Kamlesh Singh continuously refused to answer my call but somehow one day he picked just to say that " don't call me I won't help you, talk to someone else".
At last, I got my connection in last week of April. This month was a complete waste as well and I had to pay Rs. *** including GST of Rs ** for such behaviour and services.
After few happy days, May month came and same happened for whole may months and they changed my port for more than * times, I don't know for whatever reason again it's a whole waste of time and money plus resources I bought ( Modem and all equipment ) but in my locality other people's connection was working, maybe it's because I didn't bribe them that's why they did this for whole month.
But in this month (May) I called JTE Mr Paswan of katras exchange and told him everything politely about my issues he said I am sending some but for the whole month, nobody came to fix issues. I called Bhletand (BTC) to Mr Amit Singh, he made only excuses and said I must talk to his superior (Kamlesh Singh, Mr Paswan).
I was frustrated, I got contact number of SDO Mr Kundan Kumar Ram. Told him, everything and he said " Don't worry, I will fix everything" for **th may till yesterday ( *th June **** ), he tried to avoid my call by rejecting it almost everytime I called him.
Yesterday ( *th June **** ), during the conversation with SDO Mr Kundan Kumar Ram, he said " he can't do anything, I must talk to someone else).
I forgot to mention that, Mr Kamlesh Singh asked to bribe Mr Krishnandan (linemen) to set up my connection by paying at least Rs. ***
