JBL by HARMAN - Continuous Delivery of Wrong Model

I bought Infinity WYND *** from Jio Mart after * months it was not working properly, there was a manufacturing defects. So I went to Customer Store because it was into Warranty Period of * Year. I did completed all the process, after *-* weeks I received the Infinity WYND ***, but I supposed to get my original model into warranty but they sent me WYND ***. I again complaint for this same about *-* times they again continuously sent me WYND *** Instead of my original product. Then a few days back I got a call from Banglore they said that we don't have that model it's out of stock they'll give me JBL TUNE *** NC but instead of that they again sent me WYND ***. I again don't want to register another replacement request now. Now I just register the complaint in Consumer Rights for getting a Compensation for giving me this mental frustration, my time wastage, giving old Model rather than my Original one.
